What is the offer? 

Purchase one (1) or more Biostime® SN-2 BIO PLUS HPO Toddler Milk Drink or Biostime® 2’-FL HMO ProBOOST + VIT D (“Product”) from a participating authorised Biostime® Supplements retailer in Australia (“Participating Retailer”) within the Purchase Period and retain your proof of purchase;  

Go to www.biostime.com.au/toddlerguarantee and tell us  in 15  words  or  more  if  your  child had any digestive  issues  or other issues with the taste  of  the  eligible  Product, why  the Product did not  meet your expectations or why you are not satisfied with the Product to receive your money back. 

When is the Purchase Period? 

The purchase period starts on 1 August 2022 and ends on 31 January 2023 (“Purchase Period”). 

When is the Claim Period? 

The Claim must be made within thirty (30) days of the date you purchased the Product but not prior to twenty-four (24) hours after purchase. 

Who can enter the Promotion? 

1. To be eligible for a refund under the Satisfaction Guarantee promotion, you must:  

      (i)   purchase one (1) or more of the Products from a Participating Retailer within the Purchase Period and retain your proof of purchase;  

      (ii)  use the Product in accordance with the Product’s usage instructions; and 

      (iii) make a claim in accordance with the Terms and Conditions if you are not satisfied with the Product.  

What products are eligible for the Biostime® Happy Toddler Guarantee?

    1. Biostime® SN-2 BIO PLUS HPO Toddler Milk Drink; 

    2. Biostime® 2’-FL HMO ProBOOST + VIT D;  

        (“Product”).  

Which retailers are participating?

   (“Participating Retailers”). 

How do I make a claim?

Claims must be made within thirty (30) days of the date you purchased the Product but not prior to twenty-four (24) hours after purchase by completing the online form at www.biostimetoddler.com.au/toddlerguarantee. Final claims must be submitted on or before 11.59pm AEDT on 31st January 2023..  

Claims must include:

(a) your personal details including your name, contact number, valid email address and postal address;  

(b) a photograph of your receipt with all details clearly visible for the Product from an authorised Biostime® Supplements retailer in Australia (Chemist Warehouse, Woolworths, Coles, Amazon and www.biostime.com.au) (“Purchase Receipt”); and 

(c) a brief explanation as to any issues your child had with the Product, why the Product did not meet your expectations or why you were not satisfied with the Product.  

What is required on my invoice? 

Your Purchase Receipt must clearly specify: 

  • the eligible Product purchased; 
  • the price of the eligible Product purchased; 
  • the Participating Retailer of purchase; and 
  • the date of purchase. 

If your Purchase Receipt is missing any of the above information, or is unable to be read, your claim may be invalid. 

How many times can I enter?

Only one (1) claim will be permitted per Product per household; and a maximum of one (1) claim is permitted per eligible transaction/receipt. 

How will I receive my refund? 

Refunds will be provided in the form of a digital VISA card sent to the claimant’s nominated email address within ten (10) business days of acceptance of the claim. Digital VISA cards are issued by iGoDirect Group Pty Ltd and are subject to the Digital VISA card Terms and Conditions, available at https://truerewards.com.au/visa-gift-card-terms

When will I receive my refund? 

Refunds (delivered as digital VISA cards) will be emailed within ten (10) business days of acceptance of the claim
